When will my order ship?
Due to varying item availability and warehouse locations, your items may be shipped separately when you place an order for multiple items.
Perfumes, Skin Care, Aromatherapy, etc : U.S. orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS,FedEx,USPS, etc.).
We will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped.
Most of your orders should be received within 4-7 business days from the time that you place your order.
Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email:firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your return policy?
Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

Should you wish to return a product, please send us a message to email: email@example.com items must be returned in new or unused condition. All accessories in the original shipment must be included. You will receive a full refund less shipping charge. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error in packing.
